Primo was founded out of a passionate desire to meet the needs of individuals, startups and SMEs requiring personalized and quality tax, regulatory, and advisory services. Drawing from our training and work experiences from one of the Big 4 firms and two international mid-sized firms, we can efficiently deliver quality professional services to you irrespective of your size and stage of maturity.

Olufunso Ola-Ojo is passionate about helping small and medium sized businesses grow and thrive. He has successfully rendered tax, accounting, and advisory services to more than 100 start-ups & SMEs, and assisted more than 10,000 individuals to plan, manage, and resolve varying accounting, tax and regulatory problems.

He is an agile professional with more than 13 years' work experience from previous roles at Deloitte & Touche (one of the Big 4 firms), Andersen in Nigeria (an international professional services firm), and Forvis Mazars in Nigeria (an international audit, tax, and advisory firm).


He is a Licensed Tax Practitioner in Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI). He also possess a B.Sc. Degree in Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and a National Diploma in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic Ede.

He is a multiple thought leadership award winner including a recent Mondaq thought leadership award under the Banking and Finance category. He frequently provide valuable insights to the finance and taxation industry and contribute to technical discussions on topical tax and fiscal matters.
